I would like to make a formal complaint against the above company. I did gave them an opportunity first to resolve the complaint at a mutual level. The customer service is pathetic. I had ordered 5 shirts online and was cash on delivery. The staff called my mum and was very rude and abrupt. Also they delivered only 4 and wanted us to sign on a dilivery invoice that said 5 delivered. I did complaint about this and was told that they would deliver again and would payment after delivery. Still no response about the way my mum was treated. I wouldnt appreciate anyone talking to senior citizens in that manner. I then got the delivery for 4 shirts again and the Invoice recieved for 5. On querying this Manoj ( Customer serv Rep) send a very rude email saying thats fine we would arrange the parcel to picked up. We dont care.
this was shocking. He implied things like I trusted you. You now didnt wish to pay. there is a God who will do justice.He has sent me an email implying that becasue I have cheated him, God will punish me. And he really doesnt care where I complaint.
